Nurse/Administration Assistant

We, at The Senior School, are currently looking for a vibrant, multitasking, autonomous individual for the dual role of Nurse/Administration Assistant.  

Your responsibilities will include:


  • To administer basic first aid, as and when required, to both students and staff, in line with the Ministry of Education guidelines
  • To be up to date with the School’s first aid supplies and prepare first aid kits for school trips and sports events
  • Accountability for health and general well-being of students whilst on School premises

Administration Assistant

  • To update the school’s internal database
  • Build and maintain relationships with teaching staff
  • Organize, book and record school trips

You will be required to:

  • Possess  current license to practice professional nursing (SRN/RN)
  • Minimum of three years’ experience (with children)
  • Current Certifications in First Aid and Automatic External Defibrillator
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong team spirit
  • Be Computer literate

Full-time Safety and Reception Officer


We are seeking to recruit a full-time Full time Safety and Reception Officer to start immediately. Candidates should have good ICT and communication Skills. Preference will be given to applicants with relevant qualifications and experience. The successful candidate should be fluent in the Greek and English Language.

The key responsibilities of this post are to assist the Receptionist in ensuring the front desk is supervised at all times and that the information needs of parents, staff and pupils are met. He/she will also be required to deliver bags, lunches, forgotten homework to the correct children and escort parents or visitors when they enter the school during school hours. The postholder will also be responsible for overseeing the security of the site by monitoring the CCTV cameras and making regular checks to the perimeter during the day.
